We can only ship to the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or internationally.
We can ship to a home or business address, however we PREFER to ship to a business address if available.
Although we are usually able to ship your order within 48 hours, occasionally, weather conditions and other factors may prevent us from shipping immediately. Since wine is a perishable product, we reserve the right to withhold shipping until ideal conditions exist.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that an adult over the age of 21 is present at the shipping address to receive and sign for the delivery. The shipping carrier will usually make more than one attempt at delivery. We are not responsible if shipment needs to be returned due to a delivery failure.
Sales tax will be charged based on the shipping destination state, unless otherwise noted.
Should any product be damaged during shipping, Please email us so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. If you receive a wine that is off-condition, please contact our Customer Service department by email at Contact Us at (866) 678-8466. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not recommend ground delivery for products ordered. This is because of the potential heat exposure during warm weather conditions and extreme cold during the winter months. We cannot be held responsible for damaged products due to the selection of ground delivery for your order. We strongly urge you to consider the effect of weather conditions when selecting a shipping method. If you notify us that you would like your order to be put on hold until temperature conditions are more suitable for shipping, we will do so at no additional cost.
Returns & Replacements Please notify us within ten (10) days of your shipment’s delivery if any issues occur. If notified within the ten (10) day period, we will gladly replace any damaged or defective product with the same or similar product. If that product or a similar product is not available, We will gladly refund your payment upon the return or proof of damage of the product.
